WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?  

Due to either the digital nature of our products (online courses, guidebooks etc), or the time-intensive, personalised component of 1:1 readings- as there is no way to return a digital product once you have received it nor a way to return my time, soul, and energy I have put into creating your custom reading- refunds are not currently available at this time. If you have any hesitation before booking or purchasing, please take your time to consider it or send us an email if you have any questions about it.

As the sole purpose of our endeavours here are to be of service to you, if you are unsatisfied with your experience please reach out to us directly and we will see what arrangements we can come to together :)

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TAROT, RUNE + ASTROLOGY READINGS?

Tarot is an Italian divination method dating from the 1400s. It consists of 78 pictorial cards used in layout spreads to intuitively answer questions. They are an excellent tool for tapping into our internal guidance and accessing greater awareness and perspective. They cannot predict the future with certainty but they can help show you potential options currently available to you. Tarot readings are excellent if you have a situation you would like some clarity on or advice for how to proceed with a decision, among other things. Rune Stones are an ancient Norse divination method dating back from about the 1st century AD. They consist of 24 stones inscribed with letters of the Elder Futhark alphabet, each containing a different meaning. They are used in a layout to answer questions in a similar way to Tarot but offer broader, bigger-picture answers. You can learn more about Personalised Rune Readings here.

My Astrology Readings come in three forms- Natal Chart Readings, Year Ahead Forecasts, and Astrocartography Readings. A Natal Chart is a snapshot of what the sky looked like at the exact moment you were born. It can help show you facets of your character, how you show up in the world, where your talents lie and where you have room for growth, what you might struggle with and where you can heal, your relationship dynamics, where you can find purpose in life, and so so much more. It can be extremely enlightening and validating.

From your Natal Chart, Year Ahead forecasts can be made for what you may experience in the year ahead or themes of focus based on which Planets in the current sky will be in relationship to your Natal Planets and where. It is recommended to first have an understanding of your Natal Chart and then proceed with a Year Ahead Forecast, but this is not necessary.

Astrocartography readings map your personal Natal Chart onto the globe to ascertain what certain areas may feel like for you. From here, we can gauge where you may find the best place for career opportunities, to start a family, to feel most at home etc.

CAN TAROT/RUNES/ASTROLOGY PREDICT MY FUTURE?

Largely, no. We are inextricably linked in an unfathomably large cosmic web in which minute changes, decisions, and occurrences can drastically alter the course of events. Further, we all hold free will and can choose what to do with the insight Tarot, Runes, and Astrology gives us in each moment. What these methods can give you, however, is an awareness of the current energies potentially surrounding you. By seeing things from a different perspective with the Tarot and Runes, or by being armed with the knowledge of a certain Astrological transit, we can make more informed and aligned decisions to move forward with trust, grace, and empowerment.

WHAT IF MY READING TELLS ME SOMETHING BAD?

There are no bad Tarot cards or Runes. Each holds a message and a medicine, a lesson and an invitation within the tool itself. They encapsulate the entirety of the human experience and can pick up on surrounding energies, as such- there are more challenging and more positive cards, because there are more challenging and more positive situations in life. However, all of my readings are delivered with the intent to empower, each tool has insight with how to move through its specific energy.

Likewise with Astrology, each aspect and transit holds room for growth and learning. That doesn’t mean everything will necessarily be easy, but by moving in flow with the Universe, we can harness each experience as an opportunity rather than a struggle. It gives us the opportunity for self-awareness, acceptance, validation, and growth. There are no “bad” placements- simply unique, human ones. Sometimes we’re messy and that’s OK.

At the end of every reading, my aim is for you to feel a sense of trust and comfort in your path, however far along it you may be.
