Lightroom is a photo editing app by Adobe. You can either purchase a subscription for Lightroom on your desktop or download their FREE mobile app to edit on your phone.

+ What are lightroom presets?

Lightroom presets are one-click filters that enhance the beauty your photos. They can also work on all areas of your photos including exposure, white balance, colour, tone and much more. Over the last couple of years we've refined all of these settings and produced them into our own custom presets. These are the presets that we use to edit all photos on our Instagram and Website.

+ What are the benefits of presets?

Our presets are designed to create an effortless process of editing beautiful photos with a natural look. They offer a time-saving solution to photographers of all skill levels as in just a couple of clicks you will completely transform your images! If you like the style we’ve been using on our Instagram and website, then you’ll definitely love our presets.

+ What’s the difference between Desktop and Mobile presets?

Desktop presets are designed to use with Adobe Lightroom Classic, which requires a monthly subscription. Desktop presets work best on RAW photos or high resolution images.

Mobile presets are specifically designed to use with Lightroom Mobile CC, a FREE App you can download in the App Store or Google Play. Our mobile presets are not compatible with the desktop version.

+ How do I receive your presets?

After purchasing our presets, an email will be immediately sent to you with a download link. You will then have 24 hours to click that link and save the zip folder to your computer or mobile phone, where you will find our presets.

+ Do your presets work with jpeg files?

Yes they do. Our presets work with raw and jpeg images.

+ What programs do I need to use your presets?

For the desktop presets, you’ll need the desktop version of Adobe Lightroom. For our mobile presets, all you need is the FREE Lightroom App.

+ Do you accept returns?

Lightroom presets come as a digital download, and once purchased you automatically receive the product, as such all sales are non-refundable. If you have any problems or queries please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we'll gladly assist you!

+ What if I cannot import your presets?

After purchasing our presets you'll also recieve a handy guide that will walk you through the installation processes for both Desktop and Mobile. But don't worry, if you still can’t make it work, send us an email or message on Instagram and we’ll guide you through the installation process to getting you up and running in no time.

+ How many presets are in The Natural Collection?

There are 9 presets in The Natural Collection, 8 in colour and 1 in black and white. We also have 3 individual presets for sale.

+ How much are your presets?

The Natural Collection presets are £34 GBP for the full desktop and mobile pack, £24 GBP for the desktop pack, £19 GBP for the mobile pack, and £9 GBP for the individual presets.

+ What version of Lightroom do I need?

There are two different versions of Lightroom available on your desktop. Most professionals (including ourselves) use Lightroom Classic as it has a much more comprehensive editing ability than Lightroom CC. Our desktop presets are only compatible with Lightroom Classic, version 7.3 and above. Please note if you have an older version of Lightroom these presets are not compatible.

+ I don’t know if I need the desktop version or mobile?

If you don’t have a Lightroom Classic subscription on your desktop then you will need the mobile version. You can download the Lightroom app FREE on your phone to edit with our mobile presets.
